I have heard of cars with three wheels but not of moving belt outside the car. How can he drive that car through the town? It's really dangerous! Probably, Police have better things to do than looking for that mad man who own that car :) Have a nice weekend!

the car does look pretty bad ass, but yikes on the moving belt, sounds like an accident waiting to happen!
