The Masochistic Foam Roller
I was telling an injured runner about foam rollers the other night. Since he had never heard of them, I pulled out my laptop and Googled "Foam Roller"............. My jaw dropped when I saw this 'Mac Daddy.
This is going on my "Gotta Have" list.
