Since then, I've noticed that the book is getting good reviews. I will give it a gander once I've finished my current book (Sharon Osbourne's autobiography "Extreme"... very good read so far).
I went online to Fitness Tips For Life and grabbed this article....

have never heard of this.
will be checking into it.
sounds. too. good. to. be. true. . . . . . just the way I like it. :)
Me too!!
On hold at my library, just waiting for it to come in.
I have it and have read it - It's a beast of a book and is really set up to be read as a 'choose your own adventure' book :D It's interesting and has a lot of data/info that makes you think. I haven't really applied anything yet because I'm giving my current program a chance first.
So can I finish my race in 4 hours? That's all I really want to know. Lol
Kovas - let me know what you think once you've read it.
Shawn - Thank you for the low down on the book. 'Choose your own adventure'.... like the thought of that!
Derek - Ummmmm.... how shall I put this? Fat chance!!!
I'm with Emz. My brother has read it and sees some value in it. I'm up next for it. My unqualified perspective is this: Training only 4 hours a day will require new alignment between race goals/plans with your training load.
