Family Get together

The Fam Damily

Last night we were at a get together at my aunt's home.  It was particularly special becaue all my dad's siblings were there (6 kids in total).  It's a very rare occasion to get everyone together..... One brother is in Ottawa and the other in Quebec.  It really makes my Grandmother happy.

Today is my long run.  It will be the first time I've run 7 consecutive miles since the ultra in May.

Gotta be patient.
