'WMN'S WILDCAT'
A stable, neutral, extremely well cushioned trail running shoe: our most cushioned trail running shoe
Built on the FriXion® X-Axis rubber outsole the Wildcat digs into any surface for excellent traction and added cushion. The single density midsole provides excellent cushioning and is coupled with a plush LaSpEVA 2.4 mm lasting board. A great all around trail runner for people looking for great stability and cushion.
I've got these babies on order.... should receive them next week.
It is almost impossible to find trail running shoes in Canada. We have Mountain Equipment Co-Op (equivalent to REI in the U.S.) that sells a few decent brands of trail runners. The closest one to me is 4 hours away. I am left to place online orders. I wish I could go into a store and try them on. At least I know that they will fit properly.
I chose this specific shoe because it was the only brand/ model that had my size available. Speaking of sizing, the trail runners that are coming are sized with European standards. According to the chart provided, I could chose between 3 sizes that fall into my 'women's size 10' category. I chose the middle one.... I've got my fingers crossed.
After months of searching , I finally found a running shoe that works for me. I just need to find a good trail runner now. I have spent about $600 on running shoes that I wear for one or two runs, only to find out they don't work for me. I'm sure Jodie has her fingers crossed.... hoping a few pairs don't work out!!! lol (Jodie has been getting my running shoe rejects.) I hope to be more fortunate this time around.
Why don't running shoe companies entice you to try their products by only charging you $50 for the first pair? If you like them, then you spend the big bucks on subsequent pairs. If you don't like them, you're only out $50.
Gotta run.
p.s. If anyone knows of a store in Canada (close to Amherstburg, Ontario) that has decent trail shoes, please leave me the info in the comment section. Thanks!!

I do enjoy a good reject.....haha! Thanks!
Jodie
You'd think with all that great outdoors you have some one would service your feet!
Don't your stores have return windows?
Hi Stuart.
Yes, I can return the shoes by mail but, I incur all shipping costs. Really sucks to having to pay for something that you don't get to keep.
:(
What a great resource!
