I have done a slow flow, a Yoga for strength, Yoga basics, and a peace flow class.
During the Yoga for strength class, a woman at the back of the room either farted or air pushed out (I only know the slang word... ummm... not lady-like to mention).
Now.... I am gonna be descriptive.... it wasn't just noise that was a second or two in duration... it lasted a while..... and then.... it happened again! The woman next to the "poor embarrassed soul", started laughing really loudly and fell out of Warrier 3 pose onto her mat... with a thud!!

I was so proud of myself. I was able to stay focused on my practice. I heard the "noises" and the laughter and I was able to let it go without batting an eyelash.
As I sit here writing this, I am laughing so hard that I have wiped away a couple of tears and may just pee myself if I don't stop soon.
Damn it.... I guess I haven't matured after all!

Oh the mysteries of yoga. ;)
Thank goodness - for a moment there I also thought you had matured. Never change Stacey.
