I have decided to pick myself up out of this funk and get moving! It's daunting to start back at square one.....
Question: How do you eat an elephant?
Answer: One bite at a time!
A friend once asked me this when I was overwhelmed with a project. Breaking things down into "bite size" pieces makes it manageable.
Today I did an easy 35 minutes on the trainer. Followed by four exercises to strengthen my legs and butt.... then some crunches.... it felt really good to get my a$$ moving!
