I finally got around to filling out the Gift of Life consent form. In Ontario you can now register with the government to be an organ and tissue donor. In the past there were cards that you were supposed to keep by your license (mine has been on my filing cabinet).
Just print, fill out the form and mail it in!
This way there is no question as to your wishes.
