This is the exercise that I did today. Each workout is approximately an hour with Yoga and Ab ripper being the exceptions. Here's a helpful tip..... ab ripper x is the exercise that you do immediately after this one. Just let the dvd play on after the Shoulders and Arms workout and it will start to play. I had been taking out the shoulder/ arm dvd and putting in the ab ripper one. I felt silly when I realized it was also on this dvd (The ab ripper is on each dvd that requires you to do it after the program : ) ).
