Bowling blues!


My chest, quads and calves are on fire!!!!! P90X is kicking my but!! I hurt so bad that I had to "Granny bowl" this evening! Laugh all you want... I did get a strike and several spares with this method!

I think whatever method works for you is the one you should use. I bowl many great frames when I play, and I use bumpers every single time! (Yeah, I don't play often and I only play with kids -- so what?!)

P90X kicks everyone's butt, but it works!!!
