My favorite gal pal Julie (pictured here clapping) will be completing her second Ironman this July 20, 2008! I am so excited for her. She has been training very hard for the last year. She is a real trouper.... having to wait until after 8pm to get her runs/ rides in so she can put the kids to bed. Having to break up work outs to incorporate work. She got up early to do a 6 hour bike ride, then had to shower and take her children to an air show for the whole afternoon! She's a machine!!!
